الحمدلله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرفالأنبياء والمرسلين وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين… وبعد:فهذه بعض الأحكام الشرعية للرقية من كلام شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمهالله.قال رحمه الله تعالى عن مشروعية الرقية وفضلها وأخذ الجعل عليها :(فهـذا مـن أفضل الأعمال، وهو من أعمال الأنبياء والصالحين؛ فإنه مازال الأنبياء والصالحون يدفعون الشياطين عن بني آدم بما أمر اللّه بهورسـوله، كما كان المسـيح يفعل ذلك، وكما كـان نبينا يفعل ذلك، فقدروى أحمـد في مسنده، وأبو داود في سننه من حديث مطر بن عبد الرحمنالأعنق قال‏:‏ حـدثتني أم أَبَان بنت الوازع بن زارع بن عامـر العبدي،عن أبيها؛ أن جدها الزارع انطلق إلى رسـول اللّه ، فانطلق معه بابن لهمجنون ـ أو ابن أخت له ـ قال جدي‏:‏ فلما قـدمنا على رسول اللّهقلت‏:‏ إن معي ابنًا لي ـ أو ابن أخت لي ـ مجنون، أتيتك به تدعو اللّهله‏.‏ قال‏:‏ ‏(‏ائتني به‏)‏ قال‏:‏ فانطلقت به إليه وهو في الركاب،فأطلقت عنه وألقيت عنه ثياب السفر وألبسته ثوبين حسنين، وأخذت بيدهحتى انتهيت به إلى رسول اللّه ، فقال‏:‏ ‏(‏ادْنُهُ مني، اجعل ظهرهمما يليني‏)‏ قال‏:‏ بمجامع ثوبه من أعلاه وأسفله، فجعل يضرب ظهره حتىرأيت بياض إبطيه، ويقول‏:‏ ‏(‏اخرج عدو اللّه‏!‏ اخرج عدو اللّه‏!‏‏)‏ فأقبل ينظر نظر الصحيح ليس بنظره الأول، ثم أقعده رسول اللّهبين يديه، فدعا له بماء فمسح وجهه ودعا له، فلم يكن في الوفد أحد بعددعوة رسول اللّه يفضل عليه‏.‏وقال أحمد في المسند‏:‏ ثنا عبد اللّه بن نُمَيْرٍ، عن عثمان بن حكيم،أنا عبد الرحمن ابن عبد العزيز، عن يعلى بن مرة قال‏:‏ لقد رأيت منرسول اللّه ثلاثًا ما رآها أحد قبلي، ولا يراها أحد بعدي، لقد خرجتمعه في سفر حتى إذا كنا ببعض الطريق مررنا بامرأة جالسة معها صبي لها،فقالت‏:‏ يا رسول اللّه، هذا صبي أصابه بلاء وأصابنا منه بلاء، يؤخذفي اليوم ما أدري كم مرة، قال‏:‏ ‏(‏ناولينيه‏)‏، فرفعته إليه، فجعلهبينه وبين واسطة الرَّحْل، ثم فَغَرَ فَاهُ فنفث فيه ثلاثًا، وقال‏:‏‏(‏بسم اللّه أنا عبد اللّه اخْسَأ عدو اللّه‏)‏ ثم ناولها إياه،فقال‏:‏ القينا في الرجعة في هذا المكان فأخبرينا ما فعل، قال‏:‏فذهبنا ورجعنا فوجدناها في ذلك المكان معها شياه ثلاث، فقال‏:‏ ‏(‏مافعل صبيك‏؟‏‏)‏ فقالت‏:‏ والذي بعثك بالحق ما حسسنا منه شيئًا حتىالساعة فاجْتَرِر هذه الغنم، قال‏:‏ ‏(‏انزل خذ منها واحدة وردالبقية‏)‏‏.‏ وذكر الحديث بتمامه‏)‏‏.‏ثنا وكيع قال‏:‏ ثنا الأعمش، عن المِنْهَال بن عمرو، عن يعلى بنمرة، عن أبيه قال وَكِيع‏:‏ مرة يعنى الثقفي، ولم يقل‏:‏ مرة عن أبيه؛أن امرأة جاءت إلى النبي معها صبي لها به لمم، فقال النبي ‏:‏ ‏(‏اخرجعدو اللّه أنا رسول اللّه‏)‏ قال‏:‏ فبرأ، قال‏:‏ فأهدت إليه كبشين،وشيئًا من أقط، وشيئًا من سمن‏.‏ قال‏:‏ فقال رسول اللّه ‏:‏ ‏(‏خذالأقْطَ والسمن، وخذ أحد الكبشين ورد عليها الآخر‏)‏‏.‏ثنا عبد الرزاق، أخبرنا مَعْمَر، عن عطاء بن السائب، عن عبد اللّهبن حفص، عن يعلى بن مـرة الثقفي قـال‏:‏ ثلاثة أشياء رأيتهن من رسولاللّه وذكر الحـديث، وفيه قال‏:‏ ثم سـرنا فمـررنا بماء فأتته امرأةبابن لها به جِنَّةٌ، فأخذ النبي بمنخره فقال‏:‏ ‏(‏اخـرج إني محمدرسـول اللّه‏)‏ قـال‏:‏ ثم سرنا فلما رجعنا من سفرنا مررنا بذلك الماءفأتتـه المرأة بجـزر ولبن، فأمـرها أن تـرد الجـزر، وأمر أصحابهفشربوا من اللبن، فسألها عن الصبي فقالت‏:‏ والذي بعثك بالحق ما رأينامنه ريبًا بعدك‏.‏ ولو قدر أنه لم ينقل ذلك لكون مثله لم يقع عندالأنبياء؛ لكون الشياطين لم تكن تقدر تفعل ذلك عند الأنبياء وفعلت ذلكعندنا، فقد أمرنا اللّه ورسوله من نصر المظلوم والتنفيس عن المكروبونفع المسلم بما يتناول ذلك‏.‏وقـد ثبت في الصحيحـين حـديث الذين رَقَوا بالفاتحة، وقال النبي‏:‏ ‏(‏وما أدراك أنها رقيـة‏)‏، وأذن لهم في أخذ الجعل على شفاءاللديغ بالرقية، وقد قال النبي للشيطان الذي أراد قطـعصلاته‏:‏‏(‏أعوذ باللّه منك، ألعنك بلعنة اللّه التامة ثلاثمرات‏)‏‏.‏ وهذا كدفع ظالمي الإنس من الكفار والفجار، فإن النبيوأصحابه، وإن كانوا لم يـروا الترك ولم يكـونوا يرمـون بالقِسِيِّالفارسية ونحـوهـا مما يحتاج إليه في قتال، فقـد ثبت عـن النبي أنـهأمـر بقتالهم، وأخبر أن أمـتـه ستقاتلهم‏)‏، ومعلـوم أن قتالهمالنافـع إنما هـو بالقسي الفارسية، ولو قوتلوا بالقسي العربية التيتشبه قوس القـطن لم تغـن شيئًا، بل استطالوا على المسلمين بقوة رميهم،فلابد من قتالهم بما يقهرهم‏.‏Praise be to Allah,prayer and peace be upon His prophets and messengers and on hisfamily and companions ... and after:These are some of the provisions of the legitimacy of paper fromthe words of Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah God's mercy.He said Almighty God's mercy for the legality of the diaphragm andits virtues and take the Scarab by: (this is the best work, a workthe prophets and the righteous; it is what the prophets and therighteous still paying Devils for the sons Adam, including thecommand of Allah and His Messenger, as if Christ does so, and as itwas our Prophet do Therefore, Ahmad narrated in his Musnad, and AbuDawood in his Sunan of modern Matar Bin Abdul Rahman Along said:Aban girl told me or morals planter bin Amer bin Abdi, her father;that he found the sower went to the Messenger of God, the Son ofhim went with him crazy or the son of the sister of his grandfathersaid: When we made the Messenger of Allah, I said that my son or mynephew me crazy, Otik by calling him God. الحمدلله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرفالأنبياء والمرسلين وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين… وبعد:فهذه بعض الأحكام الشرعية للرقية من كلام شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمهالله.قال رحمه الله تعالى عن مشروعية الرقية وفضلها وأخذ الجعل عليها :(فهـذا مـن أفضل الأعمال، وهو من أعمال الأنبياء والصالحين؛ فإنه مازال الأنبياء والصالحون يدفعون الشياطين عن بني آدم بما أمر اللّه بهورسـوله، كما كان المسـيح يفعل ذلك، وكما كـان نبينا يفعل ذلك، فقدروى أحمـد في مسنده، وأبو داود في سننه من حديث مطر بن عبد الرحمنالأعنق قال‏:‏ حـدثتني أم أَبَان بنت الوازع بن زارع بن عامـر العبدي،عن أبيها؛ أن جدها الزارع انطلق إلى رسـول اللّه ، فانطلق معه بابن لهمجنون ـ أو ابن أخت له ـ قال جدي‏:‏ فلما قـدمنا على رسول اللّهقلت‏:‏ إن معي ابنًا لي ـ أو ابن أخت لي ـ مجنون، أتيتك به تدعو اللّهله‏.‏ قال‏:‏ ‏(‏ائتني به‏)‏ قال‏:‏ فانطلقت به إليه وهو في الركاب،فأطلقت عنه وألقيت عنه ثياب السفر وألبسته ثوبين حسنين، وأخذت بيدهحتى انتهيت به إلى رسول اللّه ، فقال‏:‏ ‏(‏ادْنُهُ مني، اجعل ظهرهمما يليني‏)‏ قال‏:‏ بمجامع ثوبه من أعلاه وأسفله، فجعل يضرب ظهره حتىرأيت بياض إبطيه، ويقول‏:‏ ‏(‏اخرج عدو اللّه‏!‏ اخرج عدو اللّه‏!‏‏)‏ فأقبل ينظر نظر الصحيح ليس بنظره الأول، ثم أقعده رسول اللّهبين يديه، فدعا له بماء فمسح وجهه ودعا له، فلم يكن في الوفد أحد بعددعوة رسول اللّه يفضل عليه‏.‏وقال أحمد في المسند‏:‏ ثنا عبد اللّه بن نُمَيْرٍ، عن عثمان بن حكيم،أنا عبد الرحمن ابن عبد العزيز، عن يعلى بن مرة قال‏:‏ لقد رأيت منرسول اللّه ثلاثًا ما رآها أحد قبلي، ولا يراها أحد بعدي، لقد خرجتمعه في سفر حتى إذا كنا ببعض الطريق مررنا بامرأة جالسة معها صبي لها،فقالت‏:‏ يا رسول اللّه، هذا صبي أصابه بلاء وأصابنا منه بلاء، يؤخذفي اليوم ما أدري كم مرة، قال‏:‏ ‏(‏ناولينيه‏)‏، فرفعته إليه، فجعلهبينه وبين واسطة الرَّحْل، ثم فَغَرَ فَاهُ فنفث فيه ثلاثًا، وقال‏:‏‏(‏بسم اللّه أنا عبد اللّه اخْسَأ عدو اللّه‏)‏ ثم ناولها إياه،فقال‏:‏ القينا في الرجعة في هذا المكان فأخبرينا ما فعل، قال‏:‏فذهبنا ورجعنا فوجدناها في ذلك المكان معها شياه ثلاث، فقال‏:‏ ‏(‏مافعل صبيك‏؟‏‏)‏ فقالت‏:‏ والذي بعثك بالحق ما حسسنا منه شيئًا حتىالساعة فاجْتَرِر هذه الغنم، قال‏:‏ ‏(‏انزل خذ منها واحدة وردالبقية‏)‏‏.‏ وذكر الحديث بتمامه‏)‏‏.‏ثنا وكيع قال‏:‏ ثنا الأعمش، عن المِنْهَال بن عمرو، عن يعلى بنمرة، عن أبيه قال وَكِيع‏:‏ مرة يعنى الثقفي، ولم يقل‏:‏ مرة عن أبيه؛أن امرأة جاءت إلى النبي معها صبي لها به لمم، فقال النبي ‏:‏ ‏(‏اخرجعدو اللّه أنا رسول اللّه‏)‏ قال‏:‏ فبرأ، قال‏:‏ فأهدت إليه كبشين،وشيئًا من أقط، وشيئًا من سمن‏.‏ قال‏:‏ فقال رسول اللّه ‏:‏ ‏(‏خذالأقْطَ والسمن، وخذ أحد الكبشين ورد عليها الآخر‏)‏‏.‏ثنا عبد الرزاق، أخبرنا مَعْمَر، عن عطاء بن السائب، عن عبد اللّهبن حفص، عن يعلى بن مـرة الثقفي قـال‏:‏ ثلاثة أشياء رأيتهن من رسولاللّه وذكر الحـديث، وفيه قال‏:‏ ثم سـرنا فمـررنا بماء فأتته امرأةبابن لها به جِنَّةٌ، فأخذ النبي بمنخره فقال‏:‏ ‏(‏اخـرج إني محمدرسـول اللّه‏)‏ قـال‏:‏ ثم سرنا فلما رجعنا من سفرنا مررنا بذلك الماءفأتتـه المرأة بجـزر ولبن، فأمـرها أن تـرد الجـزر، وأمر أصحابهفشربوا من اللبن، فسألها عن الصبي فقالت‏:‏ والذي بعثك بالحق ما رأينامنه ريبًا بعدك‏.‏ ولو قدر أنه لم ينقل ذلك لكون مثله لم يقع عندالأنبياء؛ لكون الشياطين لم تكن تقدر تفعل ذلك عند الأنبياء وفعلت ذلكعندنا، فقد أمرنا اللّه ورسوله من نصر المظلوم والتنفيس عن المكروبونفع المسلم بما يتناول ذلك‏.‏وقـد ثبت في الصحيحـين حـديث الذين رَقَوا بالفاتحة، وقال النبي‏:‏ ‏(‏وما أدراك أنها رقيـة‏)‏، وأذن لهم في أخذ الجعل على شفاءاللديغ بالرقية، وقد قال النبي للشيطان الذي أراد قطـعصلاته‏:‏‏(‏أعوذ باللّه منك، ألعنك بلعنة اللّه التامة ثلاثمرات‏)‏‏.‏ وهذا كدفع ظالمي الإنس من الكفار والفجار، فإن النبيوأصحابه، وإن كانوا لم يـروا الترك ولم يكـونوا يرمـون بالقِسِيِّالفارسية ونحـوهـا مما يحتاج إليه في قتال، فقـد ثبت عـن النبي أنـهأمـر بقتالهم، وأخبر أن أمـتـه ستقاتلهم‏)‏، ومعلـوم أن قتالهمالنافـع إنما هـو بالقسي الفارسية، ولو قوتلوا بالقسي العربية التيتشبه قوس القـطن لم تغـن شيئًا، بل استطالوا على المسلمين بقوة رميهم،فلابد من قتالهم بما يقهرهم‏.‏Praise be to Allah,prayer and peace be upon His prophets and messengers and on hisfamily and companions ... and after:These are some of the provisions of the legitimacy of paper fromthe words of Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah God's mercy.He said God have mercy on the legality of the diaphragm and itsvirtues and take the Scarab them: (This is one of the bestbusiness, one of the acts of the prophets and the righteous; it iswhat the prophets and the righteous still paying the Devils for thesons of Adam, including the command of Allah and His Messenger, asChrist was doing it, and as it was our Prophet do Therefore, Ahmadnarrated in his Musnad, and Abu Dawood in his Sunan of modern MatarBin Abdul Rahman Along said: Aban girl told me or morals planterbin Amer bin Abdi, her father; that he found the sower went to theMessenger of God, the Son of him went with him crazy or the son ofthe sister of his grandfather said: When we made the Messenger ofAllah, I said that my son or my nephew me crazy, Otik by callinghim God. الحمدلله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرفالأنبياء والمرسلين وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين… وبعد:فهذه بعض الأحكام الشرعية للرقية من كلام شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمهالله.قال رحمه الله تعالى عن مشروعية الرقية وفضلها وأخذ الجعل عليها :(فهـذا مـن أفضل الأعمال، وهو من أعمال الأنبياء والصالحين؛ فإنه مازال الأنبياء والصالحون يدفعون الشياطين عن بني آدم بما أمر اللّه بهورسـوله، كما كان المسـيح يفعل ذلك، وكما كـان نبينا يفعل ذلك، فقدروى أحمـد في مسنده، وأبو داود في سننه من حديث مطر بن عبد الرحمنالأعنق قال‏:‏ حـدثتني أم أَبَان بنت الوازع بن زارع بن عامـر العبدي،عن أبيها؛ أن جدها الزارع انطلق إلى رسـول اللّه ، فانطلق معه بابن لهمجنون ـ أو ابن أخت له ـ قال جدي‏:‏ فلما قـدمنا على رسول اللّهقلت‏:‏ إن معي ابنًا لي ـ أو ابن أخت لي ـ مجنون، أتيتك به تدعو اللّهله‏.‏ قال‏:‏ ‏(‏ائتني به‏)‏ قال‏:‏ فانطلقت به إليه وهو في الركاب،فأطلقت عنه وألقيت عنه ثياب السفر وألبسته ثوبين حسنين، وأخذت بيدهحتى انتهيت به إلى رسول اللّه ، فقال‏:‏ ‏(‏ادْنُهُ مني، اجعل ظهرهمما يليني‏)‏ قال‏:‏ بمجامع ثوبه من أعلاه وأسفله، فجعل يضرب ظهره حتىرأيت بياض إبطيه، ويقول‏:‏ ‏(‏اخرج عدو اللّه‏!‏ اخرج عدو اللّه‏!‏‏)‏ فأقبل ينظر نظر الصحيح ليس بنظره الأول، ثم أقعده رسول اللّهبين يديه، فدعا له بماء فمسح وجهه ودعا له، فلم يكن في الوفد أحد بعددعوة رسول اللّه يفضل عليه‏.‏وقال أحمد في المسند‏:‏ ثنا عبد اللّه بن نُمَيْرٍ، عن عثمان بن حكيم،أنا عبد الرحمن ابن عبد العزيز، عن يعلى بن مرة قال‏:‏ لقد رأيت منرسول اللّه ثلاثًا ما رآها أحد قبلي، ولا يراها أحد بعدي، لقد خرجتمعه في سفر حتى إذا كنا ببعض الطريق مررنا بامرأة جالسة معها صبي لها،فقالت‏:‏ يا رسول اللّه، هذا صبي أصابه بلاء وأصابنا منه بلاء، يؤخذفي اليوم ما أدري كم مرة، قال‏:‏ ‏(‏ناولينيه‏)‏، فرفعته إليه، فجعلهبينه وبين واسطة الرَّحْل، ثم فَغَرَ فَاهُ فنفث فيه ثلاثًا، وقال‏:‏‏(‏بسم اللّه أنا عبد اللّه اخْسَأ عدو اللّه‏)‏ ثم ناولها إياه،فقال‏:‏ القينا في الرجعة في هذا المكان فأخبرينا ما فعل، قال‏:‏فذهبنا ورجعنا فوجدناها في ذلك المكان معها شياه ثلاث، فقال‏:‏ ‏(‏مافعل صبيك‏؟‏‏)‏ فقالت‏:‏ والذي بعثك بالحق ما حسسنا منه شيئًا حتىالساعة فاجْتَرِر هذه الغنم، قال‏:‏ ‏(‏انزل خذ منها واحدة وردالبقية‏)‏‏.‏ وذكر الحديث بتمامه‏)‏‏.‏ثنا وكيع قال‏:‏ ثنا الأعمش، عن المِنْهَال بن عمرو، عن يعلى بنمرة، عن أبيه قال وَكِيع‏:‏ مرة يعنى الثقفي، ولم يقل‏:‏ مرة عن أبيه؛أن امرأة جاءت إلى النبي معها صبي لها به لمم، فقال النبي ‏:‏ ‏(‏اخرجعدو اللّه أنا رسول اللّه‏)‏ قال‏:‏ فبرأ، قال‏:‏ فأهدت إليه كبشين،وشيئًا من أقط، وشيئًا من سمن‏.‏ قال‏:‏ فقال رسول اللّه ‏:‏ ‏(‏خذالأقْطَ والسمن، وخذ أحد الكبشين ورد عليها الآخر‏)‏‏.‏ثنا عبد الرزاق، أخبرنا مَعْمَر، عن عطاء بن السائب، عن عبد اللّهبن حفص، عن يعلى بن مـرة الثقفي قـال‏:‏ ثلاثة أشياء رأيتهن من رسولاللّه وذكر الحـديث، وفيه قال‏:‏ ثم سـرنا فمـررنا بماء فأتته امرأةبابن لها به جِنَّةٌ، فأخذ النبي بمنخره فقال‏:‏ ‏(‏اخـرج إني محمدرسـول اللّه‏)‏ قـال‏:‏ ثم سرنا فلما رجعنا من سفرنا مررنا بذلك الماءفأتتـه المرأة بجـزر ولبن، فأمـرها أن تـرد الجـزر، وأمر أصحابهفشربوا من اللبن، فسألها عن الصبي فقالت‏:‏ والذي بعثك بالحق ما رأينامنه ريبًا بعدك‏.‏ ولو قدر أنه لم ينقل ذلك لكون مثله لم يقع عندالأنبياء؛ لكون الشياطين لم تكن تقدر تفعل ذلك عند الأنبياء وفعلت ذلكعندنا، فقد أمرنا اللّه ورسوله من نصر المظلوم والتنفيس عن المكروبونفع المسلم بما يتناول ذلك‏.‏وقـد ثبت في الصحيحـين حـديث الذين رَقَوا بالفاتحة، وقال النبي‏:‏ ‏(‏وما أدراك أنها رقيـة‏)‏، وأذن لهم في أخذ الجعل على شفاءاللديغ بالرقية، وقد قال النبي للشيطان الذي أراد قطـعصلاته‏:‏‏(‏أعوذ باللّه منك، ألعنك بلعنة اللّه التامة ثلاثمرات‏)‏‏.‏ وهذا كدفع ظالمي الإنس من الكفار والفجار، فإن النبيوأصحابه، وإن كانوا لم يـروا الترك ولم يكـونوا يرمـون بالقِسِيِّالفارسية ونحـوهـا مما يحتاج إليه في قتال، فقـد ثبت عـن النبي أنـهأمـر بقتالهم، وأخبر أن أمـتـه ستقاتلهم‏)‏، ومعلـوم أن قتالهمالنافـع إنما هـو بالقسي الفارسية، ولو قوتلوا بالقسي العربية التيتشبه قوس القـطن لم تغـن شيئًا، بل استطالوا على المسلمين بقوة رميهم،فلابد من قتالهم بما يقهرهم‏.‏Praise be to Allah,prayer and peace be upon His prophets and messengers and on hisfamily and companions ... and after:These are some of the provisions of the legitimacy of paper fromthe words of Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah God's mercy.He said God have mercy on the legality of the diaphragm and itsvirtues and take the Scarab them: (This is one of the bestbusiness, one of the acts of the prophets and the righteous; it iswhat the prophets and the righteous still paying the Devils for thesons of Adam, including the command of Allah and His Messenger, asChrist was doing it, and as it was our Prophet do Therefore, Ahmadnarrated in his Musnad, and Abu Dawood in his Sunan of modern MatarBin Abdul Rahman Along said: Aban girl told me or morals planterbin Amer bin Abdi, her father; that he found the sower went to theMessenger of God, the Son of him went with him crazy or the son ofthe sister of his grandfather said: When we made the Messenger ofAllah, I said that my son or my nephew me crazy, Otik by callinghim God. الحمدلله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرفالأنبياء والمرسلين وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين… وبعد:فهذه بعض الأحكام الشرعية للرقية من كلام شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمهالله.قال رحمه الله تعالى عن مشروعية الرقية وفضلها وأخذ الجعل عليها :(فهـذا مـن أفضل الأعمال، وهو من أعمال الأنبياء والصالحين؛ فإنه مازال الأنبياء والصالحون يدفعون الشياطين عن بني آدم بما أمر اللّه بهورسـوله، كما كان المسـيح يفعل ذلك، وكما كـان نبينا يفعل ذلك، فقدروى أحمـد في مسنده، وأبو داود في سننه من حديث مطر بن عبد الرحمنالأعنق قال‏:‏ حـدثتني أم أَبَان بنت الوازع بن زارع بن عامـر العبدي،عن أبيها؛ أن جدها الزارع انطلق إلى رسـول اللّه ، فانطلق معه بابن لهمجنون ـ أو ابن أخت له ـ قال جدي‏:‏ فلما قـدمنا على رسول اللّهقلت‏:‏ إن معي ابنًا لي ـ أو ابن أخت لي ـ مجنون، أتيتك به تدعو اللّهله‏.‏ قال‏:‏ ‏(‏ائتني به‏)‏ قال‏:‏ فانطلقت به إليه وهو في الركاب،فأطلقت عنه وألقيت عنه ثياب السفر وألبسته ثوبين حسنين، وأخذت بيدهحتى انتهيت به إلى رسول اللّه ، فقال‏:‏ ‏(‏ادْنُهُ مني، اجعل ظهرهمما يليني‏)‏ قال‏:‏ بمجامع ثوبه من أعلاه وأسفله، فجعل يضرب ظهره حتىرأيت بياض إبطيه، ويقول‏:‏ ‏(‏اخرج عدو اللّه‏!‏ اخرج عدو اللّه‏!‏‏)‏ فأقبل ينظر نظر الصحيح ليس بنظره الأول، ثم أقعده رسول اللّهبين يديه، فدعا له بماء فمسح وجهه ودعا له، فلم يكن في الوفد أحد بعددعوة رسول اللّه يفضل عليه‏.‏وقال أحمد في المسند‏:‏ ثنا عبد اللّه بن نُمَيْرٍ، عن عثمان بن حكيم،أنا عبد الرحمن ابن عبد العزيز، عن يعلى بن مرة قال‏:‏ لقد رأيت منرسول اللّه ثلاثًا ما رآها أحد قبلي، ولا يراها أحد بعدي، لقد خرجتمعه في سفر حتى إذا كنا ببعض الطريق مررنا بامرأة جالسة معها صبي لها،فقالت‏:‏ يا رسول اللّه، هذا صبي أصابه بلاء وأصابنا منه بلاء، يؤخذفي اليوم ما أدري كم مرة، قال‏:‏ ‏(‏ناولينيه‏)‏، فرفعته إليه، فجعلهبينه وبين واسطة الرَّحْل، ثم فَغَرَ فَاهُ فنفث فيه ثلاثًا، وقال‏:‏‏(‏بسم اللّه أنا عبد اللّه اخْسَأ عدو اللّه‏)‏ ثم ناولها إياه،فقال‏:‏ القينا في الرجعة في هذا المكان فأخبرينا ما فعل، قال‏:‏فذهبنا ورجعنا فوجدناها في ذلك المكان معها شياه ثلاث، فقال‏:‏ ‏(‏مافعل صبيك‏؟‏‏)‏ فقالت‏:‏ والذي بعثك بالحق ما حسسنا منه شيئًا حتىالساعة فاجْتَرِر هذه الغنم، قال‏:‏ ‏(‏انزل خذ منها واحدة وردالبقية‏)‏‏.‏ وذكر الحديث بتمامه‏)‏‏.‏ثنا وكيع قال‏:‏ ثنا الأعمش، عن المِنْهَال بن عمرو، عن يعلى بنمرة، عن أبيه قال وَكِيع‏:‏ مرة يعنى الثقفي، ولم يقل‏:‏ مرة عن أبيه؛أن امرأة جاءت إلى النبي معها صبي لها به لمم، فقال النبي ‏:‏ ‏(‏اخرجعدو اللّه أنا رسول اللّه‏)‏ قال‏:‏ فبرأ، قال‏:‏ فأهدت إليه كبشين،وشيئًا من أقط، وشيئًا من سمن‏.‏ قال‏:‏ فقال رسول اللّه ‏:‏ ‏(‏خذالأقْطَ والسمن، وخذ أحد الكبشين ورد عليها الآخر‏)‏‏.‏ثنا عبد الرزاق، أخبرنا مَعْمَر، عن عطاء بن السائب، عن عبد اللّهبن حفص، عن يعلى بن مـرة الثقفي قـال‏:‏ ثلاثة أشياء رأيتهن من رسولاللّه وذكر الحـديث، وفيه قال‏:‏ ثم سـرنا فمـررنا بماء فأتته امرأةبابن لها به جِنَّةٌ، فأخذ النبي بمنخره فقال‏:‏ ‏(‏اخـرج إني محمدرسـول اللّه‏)‏ قـال‏:‏ ثم سرنا فلما رجعنا من سفرنا مررنا بذلك الماءفأتتـه المرأة بجـزر ولبن، فأمـرها أن تـرد الجـزر، وأمر أصحابهفشربوا من اللبن، فسألها عن الصبي فقالت‏:‏ والذي بعثك بالحق ما رأينامنه ريبًا بعدك‏.‏ ولو قدر أنه لم ينقل ذلك لكون مثله لم يقع عندالأنبياء؛ لكون الشياطين لم تكن تقدر تفعل ذلك عند الأنبياء وفعلت ذلكعندنا، فقد أمرنا اللّه ورسوله من نصر المظلوم والتنفيس عن المكروبونفع المسلم بما يتناول ذلك‏.‏وقـد ثبت في الصحيحـين حـديث الذين رَقَوا بالفاتحة، وقال النبي‏:‏ ‏(‏وما أدراك أنها رقيـة‏)‏، وأذن لهم في أخذ الجعل على شفاءاللديغ بالرقية، وقد قال النبي للشيطان الذي أراد قطـعصلاته‏:‏‏(‏أعوذ باللّه منك، ألعنك بلعنة اللّه التامة ثلاثمرات‏)‏‏.‏ وهذا كدفع ظالمي الإنس من الكفار والفجار، فإن النبيوأصحابه، وإن كانوا لم يـروا الترك ولم يكـونوا يرمـون بالقِسِيِّالفارسية ونحـوهـا مما يحتاج إليه في قتال، فقـد ثبت عـن النبي أنـهأمـر بقتالهم، وأخبر أن أمـتـه ستقاتلهم‏)‏، ومعلـوم أن قتالهمالنافـع إنما هـو بالقسي الفارسية، ولو قوتلوا بالقسي العربية التيتشبه قوس القـطن لم تغـن شيئًا، بل استطالوا على المسلمين بقوة رميهم،فلابد من قتالهم بما يقهرهم‏.‏Praise be to Allah,prayer and peace be upon His prophets and messengers and on hisfamily and companions ... and after:These are some of the provisions of the legitimacy of paper fromthe words of Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah God's mercy.He said God have mercy on the legality of the diaphragm and itsvirtues and take the Scarab them: (This is one of the bestbusiness, one of the acts of the prophets and the righteous; it iswhat the prophets and the righteous still paying the Devils for thesons of Adam, including the command of Allah and His Messenger, asChrist was doing it, and as it was our Prophet do Therefore, Ahmadnarrated in his Musnad, and Abu Dawood in his Sunan of modern MatarBin Abdul Rahman Along said: Aban girl told me or morals planterbin Amer bin Abdi, her father; that he found the sower went to theMessenger of God, the Son of him went with him crazy or the son ofthe sister of his grandfather said: When we made the Messenger ofAllah, I said that my son or my nephew me crazy, Otik by callinghim God. الحمد لله الذي نزل الفرقان على عبده ليكونللعالمين نذيراً ، الحمد لله علم القران ، خلق الإنسان ، علمه البيان، الحمد لله الذي علم بالقلم ، علم الإنسان ما لم يعلم ، وأشهد أن لاإله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له ، جعل القرآن هداية للناس ، ونبراساًيضيء لهم الطريق ، وأشهد أن محمداً عبده ورسوله النبي الأكرم ، علمالقرآن فكان خير معلم ، فصلوات الله وسلامه عليه ، وعلى آله وأصحابهأجمعين . . أما بعد :فأحييكم بتحية الإسلام ، فالسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ، فنحنجميعاً نوظف جميع الإمكانات والطاقات لخدمة هذا الدين العظيم ، إلاوإن من أعظم ما يُخدم به هذا الدين كلام الله عز وجل .كلمة عن القران :القرءان هو كلام الله منزل غير مخلوق ، الذي أنزله على نبيهمحمدصلى الله عليه وسلم باللفظ والمعنى ، القرآن الكريم كتاب الإسلامالخالد ، ومعجزته الكبرى ، وهداية للناس أجمعين ، قال تعالى : "كِتَابٌ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ لِتُخْرِجَ النَّاسَ مِنَالظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ "، ولقد تعبدنا الله بتلاوته آناء الليلوأطراف النهار ، قال تعالى : " إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَتْلُونَ كِتَابَاللَّهِ وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلاةَ وَأَنْفَقُوا مِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْسِرّاً وَعَلانِيَةً يَرْجُونَ تِجَارَةً لَنْ تَبُورَ " ، فيه تقويمللسلوك، وتنظيم للحياة، من استمسك به فقد استمسك بالعروة الوثقى لاانفصام لها، ومن أعرض عنه وطلب الهدى في غيره فقد ضل ضلالاً بعيداً ،ولقد أعجز الله الخلق عن الإتيان بمثل أقصر سورة منه ، قال تعالى : "وإن كنتم في ريب مما نزلنا على عبدنا فأتوا بسورة ممن مثله وادعواشهداءكم من دون الله إن كنتم صادقين " ، القرآن مكتوب في المصاحف ،محفوظ في الصدور ، مقروء بالألسنة ، مسموع بالآذان ، فالاشتغالبالقرآن من أفضل العبادات ، ومن أعظم القربات ، كيف لا يكون ذلك ، وفيكل حرف منه عشر حسنات ، وسواء أكان بتلاوته أم بتدبر معانيه ، وقدأودع الله فيه علم كل شىء ، ففيه الأحكام والشرائع ، والأمثال والحكم، والمواعظ والتأريخ ، والقصص ونظام الأفلاك ، فما ترك شيئا من الأمورإلا وبينها ، وما أغفل من نظام في الحياة إلا أوضحه ، قَالَ رَسُولَاللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّه عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " كِتَابُ اللَّهِ فِيهِنَبَأُ مَا قَبْلَكُمْ ، وَخَبَرُ مَا بَعْدَكُمْ ، وَحُكْمُ مَابَيْنَكُمْ ، هُوَ الْفَصْلُ لَيْسَ بِالْهَزْلِ ، هُوَ الَّذِي مَنْتَرَكَهُ مِنْ جَبَّارٍ قَصَمَهُ اللَّهُ ، وَمَنِ ابْتَغَى الْهُدَىفِي غَيْرِهِ أَضَلَّهُ اللَّهُ ، فَهُوَ حَبْلُ اللَّهِ الْمَتِينُ ،وَهُوَ الذِّكْرُ الْحَكِيمُ ، وَهُوَ الصِّرَاطُ الْمُسْتَقِيمُ ،وَهُوَ الَّذِي لَا تَزِيغُ بِهِ الْأَهْوَاءُ ، وَلَا تَلْتَبِسُبِهِ الْأَلْسِنَة ، وَلَا يَشْبَعُ مِنْهُ الْعُلَمَاءُ ، وَلَايَخْلَقُ عَنْ كَثْرَةِ الرَّدِّ ، وَلَا تَنْقَضِي عَجَائِبُهُ ،وَهُوَ الَّذِي لَمْ يَنْتَهِ الْجِنُّ إِذْ سَمِعَتْهُ أَنْ قَالُوا( إِنَّا سَمِعْنَا قُرْآنًا عَجَبًا ) ، هُوَ الَّذِي مَنْ قَالَبِهِ صَدَقَ ، وَمَنْ حَكَمَ بِهِ عَدَلَ ، وَمَنْ عَمِلَ بِهِ أُجِرَ، وَمَنْ دَعَا إِلَيْهِ هُدِيَ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ " [ أخرجهالدارمي ] ، هذا هو كتابنا ، هذا هو دستورنا ، هذا هو نبراسنا ، إن لمنقرأه نحن معاشر المسلمين ، فهل ننتظر من اليهود والنصارى أن يقرؤوه ،قال تعالى : " وقرآناً فرقناه لتقرأه على الناس على مكث ونزلناهتنزيلا " ، فما أعظمه من أجر لمن قرأ كتاب الله ، وعكف على حفظه ، فلهبكل حرف عشر حسنات ، والله يضاعف لمن يشاء والله واسع عليم .Praise be to God, whosent down the criterion to His servant to be for the admonition,thankfully aware of the Qur'an, created man, he knew the statement,Praise be to God, who taught by the pen, Taught man that which heknew not, and I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alonewith no partner, making the Koran guidance for the people, Thebeacon shines the way for them, and I bear witness that Muhammad isHis slave and His Messenger, the Prophet Noble, aware of the Koranwas the best teacher, May the God be upon him, and his family andhis companions all. . الحمدلله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرفالأنبياء والمرسلين وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين… وبعد:فهذه بعض الأحكام الشرعية للرقية من كلام شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمهالله.قال رحمه الله تعالى عن مشروعية الرقية وفضلها وأخذ الجعل عليها :(فهـذا مـن أفضل الأعمال، وهو من أعمال الأنبياء والصالحين؛ فإنه مازال الأنبياء والصالحون يدفعون الشياطين عن بني آدم بما أمر اللّه بهورسـوله، كما كان المسـيح يفعل ذلك، وكما كـان نبينا يفعل ذلك، فقدروى أحمـد في مسنده، وأبو داود في سننه من حديث مطر بن عبد الرحمنالأعنق قال‏:‏ حـدثتني أم أَبَان بنت الوازع بن زارع بن عامـر العبدي،عن أبيها؛ أن جدها الزارع انطلق إلى رسـول اللّه ، فانطلق معه بابن لهمجنون ـ أو ابن أخت له ـ قال جدي‏:‏ فلما قـدمنا على رسول اللّهقلت‏:‏ إن معي ابنًا لي ـ أو ابن أخت لي ـ مجنون، أتيتك به تدعو اللّهله‏.‏ قال‏:‏ ‏(‏ائتني به‏)‏ قال‏:‏ فانطلقت به إليه وهو في الركاب،فأطلقت عنه وألقيت عنه ثياب السفر وألبسته ثوبين حسنين، وأخذت بيدهحتى انتهيت به إلى رسول اللّه ، فقال‏:‏ ‏(‏ادْنُهُ مني، اجعل ظهرهمما يليني‏)‏ قال‏:‏ بمجامع ثوبه من أعلاه وأسفله، فجعل يضرب ظهره حتىرأيت بياض إبطيه، ويقول‏:‏ ‏(‏اخرج عدو اللّه‏!‏ اخرج عدو اللّه‏!‏‏)‏ فأقبل ينظر نظر الصحيح ليس بنظره الأول، ثم أقعده رسول اللّهبين يديه، فدعا له بماء فمسح وجهه ودعا له، فلم يكن في الوفد أحد بعددعوة رسول اللّه يفضل عليه‏.‏وقال أحمد في المسند‏:‏ ثنا عبد اللّه بن نُمَيْرٍ، عن عثمان بن حكيم،أنا عبد الرحمن ابن عبد العزيز، عن يعلى بن مرة قال‏:‏ لقد رأيت منرسول اللّه ثلاثًا ما رآها أحد قبلي، ولا يراها أحد بعدي، لقد خرجتمعه في سفر حتى إذا كنا ببعض الطريق مررنا بامرأة جالسة معها صبي لها،فقالت‏:‏ يا رسول اللّه، هذا صبي أصابه بلاء وأصابنا منه بلاء، يؤخذفي اليوم ما أدري كم مرة، قال‏:‏ ‏(‏ناولينيه‏)‏، فرفعته إليه، فجعلهبينه وبين واسطة الرَّحْل، ثم فَغَرَ فَاهُ فنفث فيه ثلاثًا، وقال‏:‏‏(‏بسم اللّه أنا عبد اللّه اخْسَأ عدو اللّه‏)‏ ثم ناولها إياه،فقال‏:‏ القينا في الرجعة في هذا المكان فأخبرينا ما فعل، قال‏:‏فذهبنا ورجعنا فوجدناها في ذلك المكان معها شياه ثلاث، فقال‏:‏ ‏(‏مافعل صبيك‏؟‏‏)‏ فقالت‏:‏ والذي بعثك بالحق ما حسسنا منه شيئًا حتىالساعة فاجْتَرِر هذه الغنم، قال‏:‏ ‏(‏انزل خذ منها واحدة وردالبقية‏)‏‏.‏ وذكر الحديث بتمامه‏)‏‏.‏ثنا وكيع قال‏:‏ ثنا الأعمش، عن المِنْهَال بن عمرو، عن يعلى بنمرة، عن أبيه قال وَكِيع‏:‏ مرة يعنى الثقفي، ولم يقل‏:‏ مرة عن أبيه؛أن امرأة جاءت إلى النبي معها صبي لها به لمم، فقال النبي ‏:‏ ‏(‏اخرجعدو اللّه أنا رسول اللّه‏)‏ قال‏:‏ فبرأ، قال‏:‏ فأهدت إليه كبشين،وشيئًا من أقط، وشيئًا من سمن‏.‏ قال‏:‏ فقال رسول اللّه ‏:‏ ‏(‏خذالأقْطَ والسمن، وخذ أحد الكبشين ورد عليها الآخر‏)‏‏.‏ثنا عبد الرزاق، أخبرنا مَعْمَر، عن عطاء بن السائب، عن عبد اللّهبن حفص، عن يعلى بن مـرة الثقفي قـال‏:‏ ثلاثة أشياء رأيتهن من رسولاللّه وذكر الحـديث، وفيه قال‏:‏ ثم سـرنا فمـررنا بماء فأتته امرأةبابن لها به جِنَّةٌ، فأخذ النبي بمنخره فقال‏:‏ ‏(‏اخـرج إني محمدرسـول اللّه‏)‏ قـال‏:‏ ثم سرنا فلما رجعنا من سفرنا مررنا بذلك الماءفأتتـه المرأة بجـزر ولبن، فأمـرها أن تـرد الجـزر، وأمر أصحابهفشربوا من اللبن، فسألها عن الصبي فقالت‏:‏ والذي بعثك بالحق ما رأينامنه ريبًا بعدك‏.‏ ولو قدر أنه لم ينقل ذلك لكون مثله لم يقع عندالأنبياء؛ لكون الشياطين لم تكن تقدر تفعل ذلك عند الأنبياء وفعلت ذلكعندنا، فقد أمرنا اللّه ورسوله من نصر المظلوم والتنفيس عن المكروبونفع المسلم بما يتناول ذلك‏.‏وقـد ثبت في الصحيحـين حـديث الذين رَقَوا بالفاتحة، وقال النبي‏:‏ ‏(‏وما أدراك أنها رقيـة‏)‏، وأذن لهم في أخذ الجعل على شفاءاللديغ بالرقية، وقد قال النبي للشيطان الذي أراد قطـعصلاته‏:‏‏(‏أعوذ باللّه منك، ألعنك بلعنة اللّه التامة ثلاثمرات‏)‏‏.‏ وهذا كدفع ظالمي الإنس من الكفار والفجار، فإن النبيوأصحابه، وإن كانوا لم يـروا الترك ولم يكـونوا يرمـون بالقِسِيِّالفارسية ونحـوهـا مما يحتاج إليه في قتال، فقـد ثبت عـن النبي أنـهأمـر بقتالهم، وأخبر أن أمـتـه ستقاتلهم‏)‏، ومعلـوم أن قتالهمالنافـع إنما هـو بالقسي الفارسية، ولو قوتلوا بالقسي العربية التيتشبه قوس القـطن لم تغـن شيئًا، بل استطالوا على المسلمين بقوة رميهم،فلابد من قتالهم بما يقهرهم‏.‏Praise be to Allah,prayer and peace be upon His prophets and messengers and on hisfamily and companions ... and after:These are some of the provisions of the legitimacy of paper fromthe words of Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah God's mercy.He said God have mercy on the legality of the diaphragm and itsvirtues and take the Scarab them: (This is one of the bestbusiness, one of the acts of the prophets and the righteous; it iswhat the prophets and the righteous still paying the Devils for thesons of Adam, including the command of Allah and His Messenger, asChrist was doing it, and as it was our Prophet do Therefore, Ahmadnarrated in his Musnad, and Abu Dawood in his Sunan of modern MatarBin Abdul Rahman Along said: Aban girl told me or morals planterbin Amer bin Abdi, her father; that he found the sower went to theMessenger of God, the Son of him went with him crazy or the son ofthe sister of his grandfather said: When we made the Messenger ofAllah, I said that my son or my nephew me crazy, Otik by callinghim God. الحمدلله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرفالأنبياء والمرسلين وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين… وبعد:فهذه بعض الأحكام الشرعية للرقية من كلام شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمهالله.قال رحمه الله تعالى عن مشروعية الرقية وفضلها وأخذ الجعل عليها :(فهـذا مـن أفضل الأعمال، وهو من أعمال الأنبياء والصالحين؛ فإنه مازال الأنبياء والصالحون يدفعون الشياطين عن بني آدم بما أمر اللّه بهورسـوله، كما كان المسـيح يفعل ذلك، وكما كـان نبينا يفعل ذلك، فقدروى أحمـد في مسنده، وأبو داود في سننه من حديث مطر بن عبد الرحمنالأعنق قال‏:‏ حـدثتني أم أَبَان بنت الوازع بن زارع بن عامـر العبدي،عن أبيها؛ أن جدها الزارع انطلق إلى رسـول اللّه ، فانطلق معه بابن لهمجنون ـ أو ابن أخت له ـ قال جدي‏:‏ فلما قـدمنا على رسول اللّهقلت‏:‏ إن معي ابنًا لي ـ أو ابن أخت لي ـ مجنون، أتيتك به تدعو اللّهله‏.‏ قال‏:‏ ‏(‏ائتني به‏)‏ قال‏:‏ فانطلقت به إليه وهو في الركاب،فأطلقت عنه وألقيت عنه ثياب السفر وألبسته ثوبين حسنين، وأخذت بيدهحتى انتهيت به إلى رسول اللّه ، فقال‏:‏ ‏(‏ادْنُهُ مني، اجعل ظهرهمما يليني‏)‏ قال‏:‏ بمجامع ثوبه من أعلاه وأسفله، فجعل يضرب ظهره حتىرأيت بياض إبطيه، ويقول‏:‏ ‏(‏اخرج عدو اللّه‏!‏ اخرج عدو اللّه‏!‏‏)‏ فأقبل ينظر نظر الصحيح ليس بنظره الأول، ثم أقعده رسول اللّهبين يديه، فدعا له بماء فمسح وجهه ودعا له، فلم يكن في الوفد أحد بعددعوة رسول اللّه يفضل عليه‏.‏وقال أحمد في المسند‏:‏ ثنا عبد اللّه بن نُمَيْرٍ، عن عثمان بن حكيم،أنا عبد الرحمن ابن عبد العزيز، عن يعلى بن مرة قال‏:‏ لقد رأيت منرسول اللّه ثلاثًا ما رآها أحد قبلي، ولا يراها أحد بعدي، لقد خرجتمعه في سفر حتى إذا كنا ببعض الطريق مررنا بامرأة جالسة معها صبي لها،فقالت‏:‏ يا رسول اللّه، هذا صبي أصابه بلاء وأصابنا منه بلاء، يؤخذفي اليوم ما أدري كم مرة، قال‏:‏ ‏(‏ناولينيه‏)‏، فرفعته إليه، فجعلهبينه وبين واسطة الرَّحْل، ثم فَغَرَ فَاهُ فنفث فيه ثلاثًا، وقال‏:‏‏(‏بسم اللّه أنا عبد اللّه اخْسَأ عدو اللّه‏)‏ ثم ناولها إياه،فقال‏:‏ القينا في الرجعة في هذا المكان فأخبرينا ما فعل، قال‏:‏فذهبنا ورجعنا فوجدناها في ذلك المكان معها شياه ثلاث، فقال‏:‏ ‏(‏مافعل صبيك‏؟‏‏)‏ فقالت‏:‏ والذي بعثك بالحق ما حسسنا منه شيئًا حتىالساعة فاجْتَرِر هذه الغنم، قال‏:‏ ‏(‏انزل خذ منها واحدة وردالبقية‏)‏‏.‏ وذكر الحديث بتمامه‏)‏‏.‏ثنا وكيع قال‏:‏ ثنا الأعمش، عن المِنْهَال بن عمرو، عن يعلى بنمرة، عن أبيه قال وَكِيع‏:‏ مرة يعنى الثقفي، ولم يقل‏:‏ مرة عن أبيه؛أن امرأة جاءت إلى النبي معها صبي لها به لمم، فقال النبي ‏:‏ ‏(‏اخرجعدو اللّه أنا رسول اللّه‏)‏ قال‏:‏ فبرأ، قال‏:‏ فأهدت إليه كبشين،وشيئًا من أقط، وشيئًا من سمن‏.‏ قال‏:‏ فقال رسول اللّه ‏:‏ ‏(‏خذالأقْطَ والسمن، وخذ أحد الكبشين ورد عليها الآخر‏)‏‏.‏ثنا عبد الرزاق، أخبرنا مَعْمَر، عن عطاء بن السائب، عن عبد اللّهبن حفص، عن يعلى بن مـرة الثقفي قـال‏:‏ ثلاثة أشياء رأيتهن من رسولاللّه وذكر الحـديث، وفيه قال‏:‏ ثم سـرنا فمـررنا بماء فأتته امرأةبابن لها به جِنَّةٌ، فأخذ النبي بمنخره فقال‏:‏ ‏(‏اخـرج إني محمدرسـول اللّه‏)‏ قـال‏:‏ ثم سرنا فلما رجعنا من سفرنا مررنا بذلك الماءفأتتـه المرأة بجـزر ولبن، فأمـرها أن تـرد الجـزر، وأمر أصحابهفشربوا من اللبن، فسألها عن الصبي فقالت‏:‏ والذي بعثك بالحق ما رأينامنه ريبًا بعدك‏.‏ ولو قدر أنه لم ينقل ذلك لكون مثله لم يقع عندالأنبياء؛ لكون الشياطين لم تكن تقدر تفعل ذلك عند الأنبياء وفعلت ذلكعندنا، فقد أمرنا اللّه ورسوله من نصر المظلوم والتنفيس عن المكروبونفع المسلم بما يتناول ذلك‏.‏وقـد ثبت في الصحيحـين حـديث الذين رَقَوا بالفاتحة، وقال النبي‏:‏ ‏(‏وما أدراك أنها رقيـة‏)‏، وأذن لهم في أخذ الجعل على شفاءاللديغ بالرقية، وقد قال النبي للشيطان الذي أراد قطـعصلاته‏:‏‏(‏أعوذ باللّه منك، ألعنك بلعنة اللّه التامة ثلاثمرات‏)‏‏.‏ وهذا كدفع ظالمي الإنس من الكفار والفجار، فإن النبيوأصحابه، وإن كانوا لم يـروا الترك ولم يكـونوا يرمـون بالقِسِيِّالفارسية ونحـوهـا مما يحتاج إليه في قتال، فقـد ثبت عـن النبي أنـهأمـر بقتالهم، وأخبر أن أمـتـه ستقاتلهم‏)‏، ومعلـوم أن قتالهمالنافـع إنما هـو بالقسي الفارسية، ولو قوتلوا بالقسي العربية التيتشبه قوس القـطن لم تغـن شيئًا، بل استطالوا على المسلمين بقوة رميهم،فلابد من قتالهم بما يقهرهم‏.‏Praise be to Allah,prayer and peace be upon His prophets and messengers and on hisfamily and companions ... and after:These are some of the provisions of the legitimacy of paper fromthe words of Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah God's mercy.He said God have mercy on the legality of the diaphragm and itsvirtues and take the Scarab them: (This is one of the bestbusiness, one of the acts of the prophets and the righteous; it iswhat the prophets and the righteous still paying the Devils for thesons of Adam, including the command of Allah and His Messenger, asChrist was doing it, and as it was our Prophet do Therefore, Ahmadnarrated in his Musnad, and Abu Dawood in his Sunan of modern MatarBin Abdul Rahman Along said: Aban girl told me or morals planterbin Amer bin Abdi, her father; that he found the sower went to theMessenger of God, the Son of him went with him crazy or the son ofthe sister of his grandfather said: When we made the Messenger ofAllah, I said that my son or my nephew me crazy, Otik by callinghim God. الحمدلله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرفالأنبياء والمرسلين وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين… وبعد:فهذه بعض الأحكام الشرعية للرقية من كلام شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمهالله.قال رحمه الله تعالى عن مشروعية الرقية وفضلها وأخذ الجعل عليها :(فهـذا مـن أفضل الأعمال، وهو من أعمال الأنبياء والصالحين؛ فإنه مازال الأنبياء والصالحون يدفعون الشياطين عن بني آدم بما أمر اللّه بهورسـوله، كما كان المسـيح يفعل ذلك، وكما كـان نبينا يفعل ذلك، فقدروى أحمـد في مسنده، وأبو داود في سننه من حديث مطر بن عبد الرحمنالأعنق قال‏:‏ حـدثتني أم أَبَان بنت الوازع بن زارع بن عامـر العبدي،عن أبيها؛ أن جدها الزارع انطلق إلى رسـول اللّه ، فانطلق معه بابن لهمجنون ـ أو ابن أخت له ـ قال جدي‏:‏ فلما قـدمنا على رسول اللّهقلت‏:‏ إن معي ابنًا لي ـ أو ابن أخت لي ـ مجنون، أتيتك به تدعو اللّهله‏.‏ قال‏:‏ ‏(‏ائتني به‏)‏ قال‏:‏ فانطلقت به إليه وهو في الركاب،فأطلقت عنه وألقيت عنه ثياب السفر وألبسته ثوبين حسنين، وأخذت بيدهحتى انتهيت به إلى رسول اللّه ، فقال‏:‏ ‏(‏ادْنُهُ مني، اجعل ظهرهمما يليني‏)‏ قال‏:‏ بمجامع ثوبه من أعلاه وأسفله، فجعل يضرب ظهره حتىرأيت بياض إبطيه، ويقول‏:‏ ‏(‏اخرج عدو اللّه‏!‏ اخرج عدو اللّه‏!‏‏)‏ فأقبل ينظر نظر الصحيح ليس بنظره الأول، ثم أقعده رسول اللّهبين يديه، فدعا له بماء فمسح وجهه ودعا له، فلم يكن في الوفد أحد بعددعوة رسول اللّه يفضل عليه‏.‏وقال أحمد في المسند‏:‏ ثنا عبد اللّه بن نُمَيْرٍ، عن عثمان بن حكيم،أنا عبد الرحمن ابن عبد العزيز، عن يعلى بن مرة قال‏:‏ لقد رأيت منرسول اللّه ثلاثًا ما رآها أحد قبلي، ولا يراها أحد بعدي، لقد خرجتمعه في سفر حتى إذا كنا ببعض الطريق مررنا بامرأة جالسة معها صبي لها،فقالت‏:‏ يا رسول اللّه، هذا صبي أصابه بلاء وأصابنا منه بلاء، يؤخذفي اليوم ما أدري كم مرة، قال‏:‏ ‏(‏ناولينيه‏)‏، فرفعته إليه، فجعلهبينه وبين واسطة الرَّحْل، ثم فَغَرَ فَاهُ فنفث فيه ثلاثًا، وقال‏:‏‏(‏بسم اللّه أنا عبد اللّه اخْسَأ عدو اللّه‏)‏ ثم ناولها إياه،فقال‏:‏ القينا في الرجعة في هذا المكان فأخبرينا ما فعل، قال‏:‏فذهبنا ورجعنا فوجدناها في ذلك المكان معها شياه ثلاث، فقال‏:‏ ‏(‏مافعل صبيك‏؟‏‏)‏ فقالت‏:‏ والذي بعثك بالحق ما حسسنا منه شيئًا حتىالساعة فاجْتَرِر هذه الغنم، قال‏:‏ ‏(‏انزل خذ منها واحدة وردالبقية‏)‏‏.‏ وذكر الحديث بتمامه‏)‏‏.‏ثنا وكيع قال‏:‏ ثنا الأعمش، عن المِنْهَال بن عمرو، عن يعلى بنمرة، عن أبيه قال وَكِيع‏:‏ مرة يعنى الثقفي، ولم يقل‏:‏ مرة عن أبيه؛أن امرأة جاءت إلى النبي معها صبي لها به لمم، فقال النبي ‏:‏ ‏(‏اخرجعدو اللّه أنا رسول اللّه‏)‏ قال‏:‏ فبرأ، قال‏:‏ فأهدت إليه كبشين،وشيئًا من أقط، وشيئًا من سمن‏.‏ قال‏:‏ فقال رسول اللّه ‏:‏ ‏(‏خذالأقْطَ والسمن، وخذ أحد الكبشين ورد عليها الآخر‏)‏‏.‏ثنا عبد الرزاق، أخبرنا مَعْمَر، عن عطاء بن السائب، عن عبد اللّهبن حفص، عن يعلى بن مـرة الثقفي قـال‏:‏ ثلاثة أشياء رأيتهن من رسولاللّه وذكر الحـديث، وفيه قال‏:‏ ثم سـرنا فمـررنا بماء فأتته امرأةبابن لها به جِنَّةٌ، فأخذ النبي بمنخره فقال‏:‏ ‏(‏اخـرج إني محمدرسـول اللّه‏)‏ قـال‏:‏ ثم سرنا فلما رجعنا من سفرنا مررنا بذلك الماءفأتتـه المرأة بجـزر ولبن، فأمـرها أن تـرد الجـزر، وأمر أصحابهفشربوا من اللبن، فسألها عن الصبي فقالت‏:‏ والذي بعثك بالحق ما رأينامنه ريبًا بعدك‏.‏ ولو قدر أنه لم ينقل ذلك لكون مثله لم يقع عندالأنبياء؛ لكون الشياطين لم تكن تقدر تفعل ذلك عند الأنبياء وفعلت ذلكعندنا، فقد أمرنا اللّه ورسوله من نصر المظلوم والتنفيس عن المكروبونفع المسلم بما يتناول ذلك‏.‏وقـد ثبت في الصحيحـين حـديث الذين رَقَوا بالفاتحة، وقال النبي‏:‏ ‏(‏وما أدراك أنها رقيـة‏)‏، وأذن لهم في أخذ الجعل على شفاءاللديغ بالرقية، وقد قال النبي للشيطان الذي أراد قطـعصلاته‏:‏‏(‏أعوذ باللّه منك، ألعنك بلعنة اللّه التامة ثلاثمرات‏)‏‏.‏ وهذا كدفع ظالمي الإنس من الكفار والفجار، فإن النبيوأصحابه، وإن كانوا لم يـروا الترك ولم يكـونوا يرمـون بالقِسِيِّالفارسية ونحـوهـا مما يحتاج إليه في قتال، فقـد ثبت عـن النبي أنـهأمـر بقتالهم، وأخبر أن أمـتـه ستقاتلهم‏)‏، ومعلـوم أن قتالهمالنافـع إنما هـو بالقسي الفارسية، ولو قوتلوا بالقسي العربية التيتشبه قوس القـطن لم تغـن شيئًا، بل استطالوا على المسلمين بقوة رميهم،فلابد من قتالهم بما يقهرهم‏.‏Praise be to Allah,prayer and peace be upon His prophets and messengers and on hisfamily and companions ... and after:These are some of the provisions of the legitimacy of paper fromthe words of Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah God's mercy.He said God have mercy on the legality of the diaphragm and itsvirtues and take the Scarab them: (This is one of the bestbusiness, one of the acts of the prophets and the righteous; it iswhat the prophets and the righteous still paying the Devils for thesons of Adam, including the command of Allah and His Messenger, asChrist was doing it, and as it was our Prophet do Therefore, Ahmadnarrated in his Musnad, and Abu Dawood in his Sunan of modern MatarBin Abdul Rahman Along said: Aban girl told me or morals planterbin Amer bin Abdi, her father; that he found the sower went to theMessenger of God, the Son of him went with him crazy or the son ofthe sister of his grandfather said: When we made the Messenger ofAllah, I said that my son or my nephew me crazy, Otik by callinghim God. الحمد لله الذي نزل الفرقان على عبده ليكونللعالمين نذيراً ، الحمد لله علم القران ، خلق الإنسان ، علمه البيان، الحمد لله الذي علم بالقلم ، علم الإنسان ما لم يعلم ، وأشهد أن لاإله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له ، جعل القرآن هداية للناس ، ونبراساًيضيء لهم الطريق ، وأشهد أن محمداً عبده ورسوله النبي الأكرم ، علمالقرآن فكان خير معلم ، فصلوات الله وسلامه عليه ، وعلى آله وأصحابهأجمعين . . أما بعد :فأحييكم بتحية الإسلام ، فالسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ، فنحنجميعاً نوظف جميع الإمكانات والطاقات لخدمة هذا الدين العظيم ، إلاوإن من أعظم ما يُخدم به هذا الدين كلام الله عز وجل .كلمة عن القران :القرءان هو كلام الله منزل غير مخلوق ، الذي أنزله على نبيهمحمدصلى الله عليه وسلم باللفظ والمعنى ، القرآن الكريم كتاب الإسلامالخالد ، ومعجزته الكبرى ، وهداية للناس أجمعين ، قال تعالى : "كِتَابٌ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ لِتُخْرِجَ النَّاسَ مِنَالظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ "، ولقد تعبدنا الله بتلاوته آناء الليلوأطراف النهار ، قال تعالى : " إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَتْلُونَ كِتَابَاللَّهِ وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلاةَ وَأَنْفَقُوا مِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْسِرّاً وَعَلانِيَةً يَرْجُونَ تِجَارَةً لَنْ تَبُورَ " ، فيه تقويمللسلوك، وتنظيم للحياة، من استمسك به فقد استمسك بالعروة الوثقى لاانفصام لها، ومن أعرض عنه وطلب الهدى في غيره فقد ضل ضلالاً بعيداً ،ولقد أعجز الله الخلق عن الإتيان بمثل أقصر سورة منه ، قال تعالى : "وإن كنتم في ريب مما نزلنا على عبدنا فأتوا بسورة ممن مثله وادعواشهداءكم من دون الله إن كنتم صادقين " ، القرآن مكتوب في المصاحف ،محفوظ في الصدور ، مقروء بالألسنة ، مسموع بالآذان ، فالاشتغالبالقرآن من أفضل العبادات ، ومن أعظم القربات ، كيف لا يكون ذلك ، وفيكل حرف منه عشر حسنات ، وسواء أكان بتلاوته أم بتدبر معانيه ، وقدأودع الله فيه علم كل شىء ، ففيه الأحكام والشرائع ، والأمثال والحكم، والمواعظ والتأريخ ، والقصص ونظام الأفلاك ، فما ترك شيئا من الأمورإلا وبينها ، وما أغفل من نظام في الحياة إلا أوضحه ، قَالَ رَسُولَاللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّه عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " كِتَابُ اللَّهِ فِيهِنَبَأُ مَا قَبْلَكُمْ ، وَخَبَرُ مَا بَعْدَكُمْ ، وَحُكْمُ مَابَيْنَكُمْ ، هُوَ الْفَصْلُ لَيْسَ بِالْهَزْلِ ، هُوَ الَّذِي مَنْتَرَكَهُ مِنْ جَبَّارٍ قَصَمَهُ اللَّهُ ، وَمَنِ ابْتَغَى الْهُدَىفِي غَيْرِهِ أَضَلَّهُ اللَّهُ ، فَهُوَ حَبْلُ اللَّهِ الْمَتِينُ ،وَهُوَ الذِّكْرُ الْحَكِيمُ ، وَهُوَ الصِّرَاطُ الْمُسْتَقِيمُ ،وَهُوَ الَّذِي لَا تَزِيغُ بِهِ الْأَهْوَاءُ ، وَلَا تَلْتَبِسُبِهِ الْأَلْسِنَة ، وَلَا يَشْبَعُ مِنْهُ الْعُلَمَاءُ ، وَلَايَخْلَقُ عَنْ كَثْرَةِ الرَّدِّ ، وَلَا تَنْقَضِي عَجَائِبُهُ ،وَهُوَ الَّذِي لَمْ يَنْتَهِ الْجِنُّ إِذْ سَمِعَتْهُ أَنْ قَالُوا( إِنَّا سَمِعْنَا قُرْآنًا عَجَبًا ) ، هُوَ الَّذِي مَنْ قَالَبِهِ صَدَقَ ، وَمَنْ حَكَمَ بِهِ عَدَلَ ، وَمَنْ عَمِلَ بِهِ أُجِرَ، وَمَنْ دَعَا إِلَيْهِ هُدِيَ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ " [ أخرجهالدارمي ] ، هذا هو كتابنا ، هذا هو دستورنا ، هذا هو نبراسنا ، إن لمنقرأه نحن معاشر المسلمين ، فهل ننتظر من اليهود والنصارى أن يقرؤوه ،قال تعالى : " وقرآناً فرقناه لتقرأه على الناس على مكث ونزلناهتنزيلا " ، فما أعظمه من أجر لمن قرأ كتاب الله ، وعكف على حفظه ، فلهبكل حرف عشر حسنات ، والله يضاعف لمن يشاء والله واسع عليم .Praise be to God, whosent down the criterion to His servant to be for the admonition,thankfully aware of the Qur'an, created man, he knew the statement,Praise be to God, who taught by the pen, Taught man that which heknew not, and I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alonewith no partner, making the Koran guidance for the people, Thebeacon shines the way for them, and I bear witness that Muhammad isHis slave and His Messenger, the Prophet Noble, aware of the Koranwas the best teacher, May the God be upon him, and his family andhis companions all. . الحمد لله الذي نزل الفرقان على عبدهليكونللعالمين نذيراً ، الحمد لله علم القران ، خلق الإنسان ، علمهالبيان، الحمد لله الذي علم بالقلم ، علم الإنسان ما لم يعلم ، وأشهدأن لاإله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له ، جعل القرآن هداية للناس ،ونبراساًيضيء لهم الطريق ، وأشهد أن محمداً عبده ورسوله النبي الأكرم، علمالقرآن فكان خير معلم ، فصلوات الله وسلامه عليه ، وعلى آلهوأصحابهأجمعين . . أما بعد :فأحييكم بتحية الإسلام ، فالسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ،فنحنجميعاً نوظف جميع الإمكانات والطاقات لخدمة هذا الدين العظيم ،إلاوإن من أعظم ما يُخدم به هذا الدين كلام الله عز وجل .كلمة عن القران :القرءان هو كلام الله منزل غير مخلوق ، الذي أنزله على نبيهمحمدصلى الله عليه وسلم باللفظ والمعنى ، القرآن الكريم كتابالإسلامالخالد ، ومعجزته الكبرى ، وهداية للناس أجمعين ، قال تعالى :"كِتَابٌ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ لِتُخْرِجَ النَّاسَمِنَالظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ "، ولقد تعبدنا الله بتلاوته آناءالليلوأطراف النهار ، قال تعالى : " إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَتْلُونَكِتَابَاللَّهِ وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلاةَ وَأَنْفَقُوا مِمَّارَزَقْنَاهُمْسِرّاً وَعَلانِيَةً يَرْجُونَ تِجَارَةً لَنْ تَبُورَ "، فيه تقويمللسلوك، وتنظيم للحياة، من استمسك به فقد استمسك بالعروةالوثقى لاانفصام لها، ومن أعرض عنه وطلب الهدى في غيره فقد ضل ضلالاًبعيداً ،ولقد أعجز الله الخلق عن الإتيان بمثل أقصر سورة منه ، قالتعالى : "وإن كنتم في ريب مما نزلنا على عبدنا فأتوا بسورة ممن مثلهوادعواشهداءكم من دون الله إن كنتم صادقين " ، القرآن مكتوب فيالمصاحف ،محفوظ في الصدور ، مقروء بالألسنة ، مسموع بالآذان ،فالاشتغالبالقرآن من أفضل العبادات ، ومن أعظم القربات ، كيف لا يكونذلك ، وفيكل حرف منه عشر حسنات ، وسواء أكان بتلاوته أم بتدبر معانيه، وقدأودع الله فيه علم كل شىء ، ففيه الأحكام والشرائع ، والأمثالوالحكم، والمواعظ والتأريخ ، والقصص ونظام الأفلاك ، فما ترك شيئا منالأمورإلا وبينها ، وما أغفل من نظام في الحياة إلا أوضحه ، قَالَرَسُولَاللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّه عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " كِتَابُ اللَّهِفِيهِنَبَأُ مَا قَبْلَكُمْ ، وَخَبَرُ مَا بَعْدَكُمْ ، وَحُكْمُمَابَيْنَكُمْ ، هُوَ الْفَصْلُ لَيْسَ بِالْهَزْلِ ، هُوَ الَّذِيمَنْتَرَكَهُ مِنْ جَبَّارٍ قَصَمَهُ اللَّهُ ، وَمَنِ ابْتَغَىالْهُدَىفِي غَيْرِهِ أَضَلَّهُ اللَّهُ ، فَهُوَ حَبْلُ اللَّهِالْمَتِينُ ،وَهُوَ الذِّكْرُ الْحَكِيمُ ، وَهُوَ الصِّرَاطُالْمُسْتَقِيمُ ،وَهُوَ الَّذِي لَا تَزِيغُ بِهِ الْأَهْوَاءُ ،وَلَا تَلْتَبِسُبِهِ الْأَلْسِنَة ، وَلَا يَشْبَعُ مِنْهُالْعُلَمَاءُ ، وَلَايَخْلَقُ عَنْ كَثْرَةِ الرَّدِّ ، وَلَاتَنْقَضِي عَجَائِبُهُ ،وَهُوَ الَّذِي لَمْ يَنْتَهِ الْجِنُّ إِذْسَمِعَتْهُ أَنْ قَالُوا( إِنَّا سَمِعْنَا قُرْآنًا عَجَبًا ) ، هُوَالَّذِي مَنْ قَالَبِهِ صَدَقَ ، وَمَنْ حَكَمَ بِهِ عَدَلَ ، وَمَنْعَمِلَ بِهِ أُجِرَ، وَمَنْ دَعَا إِلَيْهِ هُدِيَ إِلَى صِرَاطٍمُسْتَقِيمٍ " [ أخرجهالدارمي ] ، هذا هو كتابنا ، هذا هو دستورنا ،هذا هو نبراسنا ، إن لمنقرأه نحن معاشر المسلمين ، فهل ننتظر مناليهود والنصارى أن يقرؤوه ،قال تعالى : " وقرآناً فرقناه لتقرأه علىالناس على مكث ونزلناهتنزيلا " ، فما أعظمه من أجر لمن قرأ كتاب الله، وعكف على حفظه ، فلهبكل حرف عشر حسنات ، والله يضاعف لمن يشاء واللهواسع عليم .Praise be to God, whosentdown the criterion to His servant to be for theadmonition,thankfully aware of the Qur'an, created man, he knew thestatement,Praise be to God, who taught by the pen, Taught man thatwhich heknew not, and I bear witness that there is no god but Allahalonewith no partner, making the Koran guidance for the people,Thebeacon shines the way for them, and I bear witness that MuhammadisHis slave and His Messenger, the Prophet Noble, aware of theKoranwas the best teacher, May the God be upon him, and his familyandhis companions all. .
